  • Royal keisy massage (Lymphatic drainage massage - around sixty minutes) . . . £70

Originating from Malaysia, the Royal Keisy massage focuses on improving lymphatic draining through the body and enhancing relaxation. Improving lymphatic flow, promotes the removal of waste, fats and toxins from the body. With the use of flowing hypnotic movements, the therapist not only improves lymph draining but also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as the "rest and digest" system of the body. This enables the body to enter in to a state of rest and relaxation, particularly useful for clients who have busy minds, or suffer from anxiety or insomnia.

  • Pregnancy ritual (around sixty minutes). . . £75

Whilst similar to a regular massage in that it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, and improve circulation and mobility, this massage is also customised to the needs of the pregnant women and their changing bodies. Pregnancy can change your centre of gravity and put added strain on your back, neck, abdominal muscles, and shoulders. During this time, the ligaments also begin to relax meaning your pelvic joints are less stable, which can affect your posture further. A thorough understanding and specialist experience is required in order to deliver this massage that aims to improve the well-being of both the mother and child. Due to the delicate nature of this massage, it is essential that you bring with your pregnancy records for our experienced masseuse to go through to check if you are suitable for the massage.
